Coyotes Re-Sign Forward Wolski

The Phoenix Coyotes announced on Thursday the re-signing of forward Wojtek Wolski to a two-year contract.  Wolski will earn $7.6 million over the life of the contract.  The former Brampton Battalion (OHL) product produced six goals and 12 assists in 18 games for the Phoenix Coyotes after being acquired at the trade deadline in March from the Colorado Avalanche.

Before being exchanged for Peter Mueller and Kevin Porter, Wolski had 47 points in 62 games with the Avalanche.  Over the course of his career with Colorado, Wolski recorded 193 points in 302 games.  Wolski will become an unrestricted free agent at the end of his new contract.
